What is Amaranth?
Amaranth is a purple-red uniform powder, odorless, light-resistant, heat-resistant (105 ° C), soluble in water, 0.01% aqueous solution is rose red, soluble in glycerin and propylene glycol, insoluble in other organic solvents such as oil.
